The Park, Nottingham

To supply stone for a new extension being made onto an existing property in the Park area of Nottingham.

Asked to ascertain if natural stone could be matched in colour, texture and wearing properties to the existing property. Having sourced the stone and had it approved by the local authority, sketches and images were then drawn up of the project, in addition to templates and measurements being taken. All of this on-site intel was then used to draft up in-depth drawings using computer aided design.

By using CAD we could be 100 per cent sure that the plan would work correctly, then use the drawings to plot off 1.1 templates which were progressed through with the mason to produce the finished items themselves. Finally, the items were palletised, including the drawings to allow for ease of fitting, and dispatched to the relevant contractor.
