| Project: | Bespoke Fire Surrounds |
|---|---|
| Client: | Private owner |
Description:
The client required something in keeping with the rest of his property, as all the previous stonework was achieved on a grand scale. This fireplace project was no different.
Details:
Tasked with producing a design to suit, we started with a sweeping hearth and decorative stone lintel, with eyelet mouldings and radius detail on the underside of the lintel, which was then duplicated on the hearth.
Brick piers were used to complement the main structure of the property, of which brick with stone features make up the majority. The hearth is just under three metres in length and is a truly unique and outstanding fire surround.
However, not all the fire surrounds we are commissioned to produce are to such a large scale and we cater for all tastes and sizes of rooms. From an initial inquiry we produce a 2D sketch or 3D visualisation for the customer to approve, and will make amends until they are completely satisfied with the design.
Only when the plans have been finalised do we progress to giving the customer an up-front pricing plan, so that they know exactly what they are getting for their money.
